Hi, I'm Jessica
Growing up I’ve always had a passion for cooking and baking, which I pursued throughout my High School years. After completing a Bachelor of Culinary Arts at Otago Polytechnic in 2018, I worked in various hospitality roles where I gained valuable knowledge and
experience.
Scroll Station
Scroll Station started as a side hustle while working as a baker at a beach side cafe in St Clair, Dunedin. The business idea came from the many compliments I received for my cinnamon scrolls, which I have a deep love for. This sparked the idea to put a twist on the regular Cinnamon scroll and create different flavoured scrolls with various toppings and fillings.
Following my entrepreneurial dream of owning my own food business I began selling my scrolls at the Wingatui Market in November of 2021 and that’s when Scroll Station was born. From there on my side hustle selling at markets very quickly grew into a full time job, delivering all around Dunedin and selling at different events/markets as well as catering for many functions and morning teas.
In 2024 my dream has finally come true to own a food trailer, selling a product that I am so passionate about and seeing how much happiness it brings to customers.
