Where can you deliver to?
We deliver within Dunedin, New Zealand and the wider Dunedin area. Unfortunately we cannot deliver outside Dunedin or internationally at this stage.
Can I book delivery for a specific time?You can specify in the order notes if you want your scrolls delivered before a certain time, if you are scheduled for delivery. Please note that while we will do our best to meet your deadline this will be dependent on our workload.
Can I cancel or change my order?Unfortunately once you have ordered and paid for your order we cannot change or cancel your order.
Can I add a message to my order?Yes, you can add a message to your order free of charge. In the order notes box on the cart page, write your message and put "Note:" at the beginning so we can see it is a note meant to go in the box of scrolls.
