How does it work?
What you need to know in a nutshell.Local Delivery
We deliver within the Dunedin, New Zealand area with a delivery charge of either $5.00, $10.00 or $15.00 depending on your location. We deliver every Thursday.
Pickup
Pick up from our Commercial Kitchen on Thursdays between 9-10am.
Cutoff Time
Scrolls are delivered every Thursday. The cutoff time for orders is 12:00pm on Wednesday for your Thursday delivery.
Returns
Due to the edible nature of our product, we do not offer returns.
Where can you deliver to?
We deliver within Dunedin, New Zealand and the wider Dunedin area. Unfortunately we cannot deliver outside Dunedin or internationally at this stage.
Can I book delivery for a specific time?You can specify in the order notes if you want your scrolls delivered before a certain time on Thursday, if you are scheduled for delivery. Please note that while we will do our best to meet your deadline this will be dependent on our workload.
Can I cancel or change my order?Unfortunately once you have ordered and paid for your order we cannot change or cancel your order.
Can I add a message to my order?Yes, you can add a message to your order free of charge. In the order notes box on the cart page, write your message and put "Note:" at the beginning so we can see it is a note meant to go in the box of scrolls.
